Elementals are ascended mancers that are able to control all elements of their mancer abilities.   

Elementals may conjure up smaller versions of themselves made entirely of their element (fire, water, wind, terra).  These smaller versions are usually unstable.

Not much else is known about elementals as they tend to blend in with the Mancers except for when their council meeting are called.
