the air and on the ground

Ice Clones - clone of
ones self made entirely of ice

Ice Defense - coating
onself in a sheet of ice long enough to deflect an on coming attack
(causes hypo thermia if left in sheet of ice to long)

Freeze burn -
freezing living tissue to the point where the wound affects
the living tissue down to the bone.
- Able to create a mini version of a mini
version of himself that is made of entirely of ice or water (depends
on his mood)
- Can make his body entirely made of ice (preffered form in battle)
- Can create blizzard like conditions out
of no where from the sky.
